Features of demolition of an authorized building

As part of the study, an analysis was made of the features of the demolition of an unauthorized building, to identify the problems of the owners of an unauthorized building. The author raises the problem that the legislator does not give clear instructions on how the demolition of an unauthorized building takes place: by a court decision or by a decision of a municipal government.
