Peculiarities of promoting employment for graduates with disabilities, obtained professional education

The article is devoted to the issues of assistance to employment of graduates who have received professional education. The level of employment of persons with disabilities, including graduates of universities and colleges, has been analyzed. Considered are additional measures implemented in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation for the employment of persons with a disability of a young age. Despite the measures taken, a significant percentage of graduates are not motivated to work. Graduates with disabilities who received a professional education should be allocated as a separate special category for those who need employment, for which it is necessary to apply their forms and methods of work. In this work, the role of educational organizations of vocational education is important, which organizations should engage in increasing the motivation for employment of graduates with disabilities and preparing them for work in the real sector of the economy.
