Peculiarities of the content of fitness programs for women of the first mature age

The relevance of the topic of the research is related to the fact that in modern society there is a decrease in the overall level of physical fitness in women of the first mature age. This occurs because of low motor activity. However, despite the decrease in the physical performance of the body of women, this process has a reversible nature, which can be restored, through moderate motor activity and physical exercise. Group fitness programs aimed at increasing the level of motor activity of women of the first mature age are very suitable for the purpose of improving the body and increasing the level of performance, as they develop the cardiovascular, respiratory and nervous systems, help develop physical qualities and have a positive impact on the general well-being of those involved.
