The peculiarities of creating the portfolio of the university teacher

This article shows peculiarities of the modern developmental stage of education in Russia, points at the teacher's necessity to create his/her own portfolio to accentuate his/ her own professional activity. The author describes the complicated structure of portfolio, its impact for the teacher's profession and underlines the advantages of using portfolio for the subjects of the educational activity.
