Features of the structure of the family image in modern Russian animated films

The study of the structure of the family image in animated films is relevant due to the fact that traditional institutions of socialization are largely changing their role in modern society. A content-analytical study of 80 modern Russian animated films was conducted in order to identify the features of the representation of the family structure in them. A quarter of all detected family images are a married couple without children, an extended family is represented only in 11.4% of cartoons. The results of the study reflect the modern leveling of the value of marriage, the deterioration of the image of the family and child lifestyle, which in the future may negatively affect the formation of the family structure of Russian society, since the targeted audience of animation is a new generation of citizens of our country. It is concluded that it is advisable to reconsider the principles of creating a family standard broadcast to children in terms of emphasizing in it the values for each person without exception and approving a model of interaction between family members based on mutual understanding and support.
