Features of forensic examination of will defects in civil proceedings

The article analyzes the features of forensic examination of will defects. The article considers the grounds for assigning this type of expertise, explains the term "will defect" and determines its connection with the psychological state of the person who makes the transaction, the ability of this person to adequately express their will and perceive reality. An example from judicial practice in civil proceedings is also given.
