Features of customs and tariff regulation

This article discusses the features of customs and tariff regulation in the conditions of the EEU on the example of such normative legal acts as: the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter referred to as the EEU TC), the Federal Law "On Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation and on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" dated 03.08.2018 N 289-FL. Due to the fact that customs tariff regulation is one of the methods of state regulation of foreign trade activity, it is an integral part of the customs tariff system.
