Peculiarities of adaptive responses of the cardiovascular system in patients with hypokinetic circulation in thoracic oncology

34 patients with diagnosis a lung cancer, have been examined according to the developed method of "alternating monitoring". Forecasting of cardiovascular complications after surgical treatment for the patients with hypokinetic circulation, is based on the variation of cardiac index. Results of our research show, that intraoperative monitoring is necessary for forecasting of functional status of cardiovascular system after pulmonary resections.
