The purpose of this investigation was the study of postoperative period in patients with cervical leucoplakia (CL) and improved comprehensive treatment of this pathology by applying in the postoperative period of low-energy laser emission (LELE). and local therapy (candles Depantol). Materials and methods: material of the investigation were comprehensive survey data of 80 patients with a simple form of CL (average age 36,8 ± 2,81 years). The control group consisted of 30 practically healthy women (average age 35,1 ± 2,68 years) with intact cervix. Patients with CL were divided into 2 groups: the first group consisted of 40 CL-patients, which were performed traditional radiosurgery treatments. The second group was formed of 40 CL-patients who received LELE sessions and topical therapy with Depanthol in the postoperative period. The results of the investigation and discussion: The study of wound healing process in the postoperative period using the method of liquid cytology revealed a number of features. It was found that the usage in the postoperative period of LELE and topical therapy (Depanthol, suppositories) in patients with a simple form of CL has characterized the prevalence of regenerative processes in smears and has contributed to more rapid formation and discharge of scab especially in patients with stagnant type of microcirculation.
