Particularities of graduate employability of higher education institutions with disabilities: theoretical and methodological aspect

The article describes the particularities of the graduate employability in the transformation of the modern labor market. Particular emphasis is placed on examining the difficulties of finding a job faced by young professionals with disabilities or health limitations. The relevance of this topic is due to the fact that these persons in the process of integration into the professional environment have to overcome many social barriers. This actualizes the researcher's inquiry aimed at studying the regularities of social interaction between people with disabilities or with complex illnesses without disabilities and conditionally healthy members of society in conditions of unequal resources and status; at systematizing the barriers to socialization and social inclusion in various social processes. The main theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of the problem in sociological knowledge are outlined. The emphasis is placed on the methodological possibilities of classical foreign and domestic science. The article reveals the peculiarities of the role structure of social interaction participants. Based on specific sociological facts, statistical data, the reasons for social contradictions in the employment of graduates of higher education are revealed, which is the practical significance of the study.
