Features of labor law in the context of philosophical theory on social technologies

The article focuses on the philosophical and legal interpretations of labor law as a social technology. Technology is defined as activity aimed at achieving pre-determined targets, and with the change of the object of interaction. Тhe law has all the aspects of social technologies, including the humanistic aspect. The authors of the article consider the theory of social technologies as an object of social philosophy. The article provides evidence of law as the most effective social technology in the modern period. The authors study the methods of influence of the right to social relations from the positions of the theory of social technologies. The article discusses the features of labor law from the perspective of modern philosophy of law through the prism of the concept of "social technology". The authors analyze the peculiarities of labor law as a social technology in the context of its goals, functions and method. The article emphasizes not only the legal regulation of labor relations, but also the methods of personnel management. The authors reveal the problems of the correlation of the legal regulation of labor and personnel management.
