Features of cadets’ educational motivation at ministerial educational organizations

The problem of development of cadets’ motivation to learning at the ministerial institutions is under study. The article comprises the current results of the research of educational motivation in students of different courses and details characteristic features of motivation of students from the 1-st to the 4-th year of studying. The results can be applied to organization of educational and extracurricular training by the course supervisors and university professors.
