Features of the criminal law structure of fraud

Fraud issues have become most significant due to the increase in the amount of damage they cause. This is largely due to the growth of trade turnover on marketplaces (aggregators), the expansion of citizens' communication on social networks, the growth of non-cash payments and transfers, the emergence of digital rights and the digital ruble. The article identifies the features of the criminal law composition of fraud, including the features of its special compositions, defines the difference between fraud and other misleading inconsistent actions of a participant in civil turnover. The object of the study was the current criminal legislation and the legal provisions of the Plenums of the Supreme Court of Russia. Proposals were made to supplement some of the decisions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of Russia.
