Features of the management policy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of professional training

The article presents an analysis of promising areas of personnel policy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan for the period up to 2043, the goal of which is expressed in improving the quality of professional training of personnel of national internal affairs bodies by the specified time. Clarifying the fundamentally significant aspects of the work carried out, the author pays special attention to the direct connection of the high level of professionalism of law enforcement officers with the protection of the Motherland and ensuring the national sovereignty of the state.
