This article is devoted to the management of risks of high-tech companies in conditions of their regional distribution. The work shows that in the modern period in the effective functioning of high-tech companies the use of advanced technological solutions, qualification of personnel, taking into account regional peculiarities and risks arising during the production of inno-vative goods and services is of great importance.
