Features of sustainable development of the Arctic regions

The article considers the domestic and foreign experience of sustainable development of the Arctic regions, analyzes the main directions of development of the regions as a whole, considers approaches to the integrated socio-economic development of the region in the context of globalization. The relevance of the development of the Arctic is due to a number of factors, including its great geopolitical importance, the presence of natural biological resources, and the impact on the state of the environment around the world. The study of the peculiarities of the development of the Arctic seems especially relevant, for example, this study presents global trends in the development of the Arctic regions in order to analyze current problems and prospects for the development of the Arctic region as a whole.
