The article presents data on peculiarities of intracellular signaling in peripheral blood eosinophils in response to low-level laser radiation (LLLR). Laser action activates the Ca-channels and increases the cytoplasm concentration of Ca2+. This, in turn, includes inositol-1,4,5'-triphosphate into the a cascade system. Changes in the nucleoplasm Ca2+ concentration activate protein kinase C phosphorylation of lamina that underlies the inner surface of the nuclear membrane. The resulting event is the decondensation of chromatin in the eosinophil nucleus, and the nucleus transforms from bilobar into ovoid
