The article reveals the factors and considerations that affect the process of promoting a culture of personality in the newly emerging and re-engineered studio arts and crafts in the palaces of culture, cultural centers, clubs, cultural centers and other institutions of cultural and leisure. Indicated the need for the individual to the initiation of arts and crafts - a significant factor in the cultural heritage of the ethnic group. The problems of organization and training, taking into account age features of both existing and potential participants in the studio. The possibility of involvement of persons with disabilities to artistic creativity, through participation in the studio on a common footing with other participants. Motivated by the construction of teaching methods with the obligatory account the interests of various ethnic groups. A complex approach to the selection of the material being studied, based on the traditions and peculiarities of the region located studio. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of psycho-pedagogical features of a culture of personality in all age ranges of participants and studio as a whole.
