The features of youth return migration in the Republic of Buryatia

Migration processes are an integral part of modern society. Young people traditionally occupy a predominant place in the overall migration outflow. The article discusses the theoretical basis of migration in general, and return migration in particular. We present the results of questioning young people, who were born in the Republic of Buryatia and migrate beyond it. The directions of public authorities’ work for encourage the return migration of young people are considered and certain measures to return a part of young people in Buryatia are proposed.
