Features of Detecting Crimes and Investigative Situations at the Initial Stage of Investigating Procurement Malfeasance

The article discusses the features of identifying crimes under Article 200.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and investigative situations at the initial stage of the investigation of procurement malfeasance. The relevance of the study is due to the lack of suffi cient investigative practice under this article, as only two people have been prosecuted under this article in its entire existence. The object of the study is criminal activity in the form of procurement malfeasance, and the subject of the study is the identifi cation of crimes and investigative situations at the initial stage of the investigation and their features.
