The article analyzes the issues of current problems of the activities of the prosecution and the judicial authorities of the Russian Federation. Attention is paid to the issues of interaction between the prosecution and the judicial authorities. Statistical data on the activities of the prosecutor’s office and the judicial authorities of the Russian Federation in the Chelyabinsk region for 2019-2020 are analyzed.
