Features of conclusion of labor relations with the chairmen of the HOA

This article describes the basic principles of hiring members of the board and chairmen of the HOA, as well as the rules for their material remuneration for their work. A list of laws regulating the legality of certain actions in the field of labor legislation is considered. The article reveals the main features by which labor relations can be distinguished from civil legal relations.
