Features of legislative regulation of the public procurement process in Russia and abroad

One of the most important and priority directions in improving the elements of the budget system is to improve the mechanism for conducting procedures for state and municipal procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs, which is impossible without proper legislative regulation. This direction is a strategic direction to ensure the security of the entire state, both external and internal. The article presents an analysis of the current system of legislative regulation of the public procurement process in Russia and abroad, describes the directions for further improvement of this system.
