Features of purchasing construction works (problem)

The methods of determining the supplier (contractor, contractor) in the context of the organization of procurement of construction works from the point of view of the current Federal Law № 44-FZ dated 04/05/2013 are considered. The features of each of the given forms are highlighted. The advantages of procurement carried out according to Federal Law № 223-ФЗ dated July 18, 2011 in comparison with Law № 44-ФЗ are disclosed; other problems of procurement of construction work are highlighted.
