Protection features of property rights of citizens

The article is devoted to the consideration and study of issues of protecting civil rights and interests of citizens, also the study of their legal nature, as well as the application of jurisdictional and non-jurisdictional forms of protection of civil rights and interests. The concept of “protection” of civil and legal norms concerning the application of related sciences and legal norms is revealed.
