A special procedure for making a court decision with the consent of the accused with the charge

The author considers issues related to the special procedure of a court decision with the consent of the accused with the charge brought against him. The main claims to the institution of a special order from the point of view of a fair trial are analyzed. The judicial practice of considering this category of cases in the Chelyabinsk region, as generally effective and meeting the requirements of the law, is given. The conclusion is made about the prospects for the development of the institution of a special order in the Russian Federation.
