Technology of variola inactivated vaccine Ospa- Vir in one dose in ampulla is developed aimed at primary vaccination of small children, teenagers and adults during 2-stage vaccination against variola. The strain of vaccine virus L-IVP was used in the work. Clinical tests results demonstrated low rectogeneity and high immunologic activity of the preparation while using it in the 1-st stage of vaccination.
