Acute leukemia from plasmacytoid dendritic cells (description of a rare clinical observation)

The described observation is a rare acute leukemia from plasmacytoid dendritic cells. The peculiarity of this case is the difficulty of immunophenotypic diagnostics, pronounced cytogenetic disorders, the absence of the presented observation of this leukemia by other authors. A distinctive feature is also a prolonged phase of myelodysplasia, a previous typical picture of acute leukemia and a progressive course of diseases that is resistant to standard treatment programs for acute leukemia.
