Implementation of digital management in the field of providing physical education, recreation and sports services: challenges and possible ways of improvement

The study examines, through the prism of the sociology of management, the problem of obtaining and using information about PE and sport services via internet communication between authorities and society. Descriptive monitoring identifies examples of discrepancies between the content of the catalogue of government websites and the needs of the user community and trends in socio-political realities. Based on the analysis of secondary data and a sociological survey, a narrative content of an automated integrated segment is developed to provide the actual user requests to meet the needs for physical education, recreation and sports services. The results of the study can be applied by software developers of the catalog of state websites and compilers of digital information contents in order to increase the efficiency of public administration and more quickly and qualitatively meet the needs of the population in obtaining a wide range of state and municipal services provided.
