Early professional orientation for service in law enforcement agencies at the stage of resourcing the varying personnel at the Russian MIA Suvorov military schools

Suvorov Military Schools of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs being subjects of organizing professional orientation work prepare the trainees for law enforcement service. Professional orientation of trainees is conducted in the process of teaching the curriculum elements and at the stage of resourcing the educational organization. Early professional orientation for law enforcement service is characterized by its specific conditions and special objects of influence. The problems of early professional orientation are revealed due to the comparative analysis of activity of Suvorov Military Schools of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in 2016-2017. The focus is made on peculiarities of early professional orientation as a means of prospective professional selection of candidates for law enforcement. It is necessary to carry out systematic popularization of police profession and promotion of law enforcement service as conditions for increased quantitative and qualitative indicators of selection of candidates for training at the Russian MIA Suvorov Military Schools. The suggested solutions have been tested at Astrakhan Suvorov Military School of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs and lead to the improved qualitative level of resourcing the varying personnel.
