Educational services as the package of customers' benefit

The article discusses the concept of «educational service» state high school not just as a kind of educational activity to be paid for, and as its main content. Product the service sector is described as a package or a set of different services, which together form the total product. This is the basic service for which the University enters the market. Support services contribute to the consumption of the main and the main task of support services is to make basic service more attractive, increase its value, in comparison with a competitors services. There is a difference between supporting and auxiliary services. Support cannot be refused, as in this case, the entire package will cease to exist, and the supports are not necessary, but their use may be a prerequisite for creating competitive advantage. Packages good clients can emerge as the main program + support services (extension courses by profession or professional retraining on a new activity). In the system of continuous education there is an opportunity to improve skills or learn a new activity. The package of educational services can be generated from a basic educational program with supporting services (creative workshops: design, drawing, sports). The vast majority of educational institutions offer services that are already provided by other agencies. To find a niche in the market for their specificity and relevance is the main task of non-state higher education institution. Educational services non-state higher education institution is presented as a «package good clients», at which private higher educational institution may gain a competitive advantage in the market, engaging in integration with other educational institutions in accordance with the structure of this package. It is assumed that the «service benefit customers» as a means of realization of educational needs, is regarded by the client as a whole and not as separate products and services of non-state University. The product of the sphere of services is a package or set of services that together form a total product that includes: basic service; support services; support services. Any package use customers may include multiple learners. This is a basic marketing tool that combines all the main advantages of the educational programs of the University, which will preserve the competitiveness of educational institutions.
