Society of distrust - to social partnership (school at the social partnership system)

The article presents the author's view on the most urgent problems of modern social and cultural development of Russia. The author reflects on the spiritual crisis of the system of society, on the causes of total distrust in society, about the prospects for the formation of a new national idea. In this article the thesis of the priority of social partnership as a factor in becoming full-fledged civil society is proved.
