In this article the author defines the concepts of spiritual values prevailing in modern Russia today. The article deals with the established among a significant part of the population of the consumer relation to reality. The article shows the main ways to overcome this situation and gain spiritual principles of modern society. The author speaks about the development of technology, easy access to information, and the opening of humanitarian prospects for changing views on cultural values. Consumer culture marked by high dynamism, all further away from the established traditions of the past, which necessitates human adaptation to constant change, otherwise it risks losing itself in society. In conclusion of the article the author demonstrates his vision of the formation of the spiritual values of modern society.
