From PS to SP - from public hearings to citizen participation in design

This article discusses the issue of sustainable development of the territory on the part of one of the tools of urban planning - public hearings. Public hearings are compared with a joint project that has already been practiced in many countries. And the possible improvement of this tool is offered.
