From knowledge to art

Grandiose modern production and technological transformations began to make new demands, both to executors of labor functions, and to employers. In order to ensure state guarantees of labor rights and freedoms of citizens, to protect the rights and interests of employees and employers, the Labor Code of the Russian Federation introduced the concept of a professional standard at the end of 2012 as characteristics of the qualification of a certain type of activity. Order of the Ministry of Labor of Russia of 12/04/2013. No. 148n specifies that the development of professional standards should include such characteristics as: powers and responsibilities, the nature of skills, the nature of knowledge. Depending on the level of knowledge, skills and skills, 9 skill levels are provided. While professional standards are being developed, our schoolchildren and students should understand the need for highly qualified training, including for completely new professions - the result of the development of information technology, robotics, and artificial intelligence. The present article is devoted to the research of potential possibilities and abilities of a person. With the help of the curve of the life cycle stages, the author considers five options for the development of the person's intellectual potential and comes visually to the conclusion that the earlier and more a person gets knowledge in a certain field of activity, production skills and professional experience, the faster and broader the moral guidelines and potential the possibilities of the individual. In the current context, it is necessary not only to master the practical skills of a simple labor process, but also to master a certain craft. For its part, earlier métier of the craft reveals the possibilities of its erection to a higher level of skill. Early mastery opens up opportunities for bringing it to art and revealing talent. Thus, the curve of a person's abilities at each stage of the intellectual potential shifts towards a younger age and reveals the early abilities for self-realization.
