Alienation in the educational environment: forms and ways to deal with it

This paper is devoted to the burning topic of alienation in the field of education within the framework of modern society. Various manifestations of this multifaceted phenomenon are analyzed, the main prerequisites leading to the formation of alienation are considered. The general state of the educational system is assessed as one of the key factors influencing the development of this unfavourable condition. The role of pandemic spread of distance forms of education in the intensification of the process under consideration is noted. Social and personal points of influence through which alienation is becoming more and more deeply embedded in the educational system and personality are revealed. The lack of orientation of the educational process towards real practice is described. The acute topic of alienation of students from teachers is raised and the consequence is the loss of mutual trust and intergenerational disconnection. The phenomenon of self-alienation in the educational environment as an extreme form of the development of the process under study is considered.
