Choosing a prosthesis when replacing an affected valve is one of the main problems in valvuloplasty. A multicenter study of cardiac valve prostheses to evaluate their safety and efficiency has been conducted for the first time in Russia. The study results demonstrate that qualitative characteristics the «Medlnzh-2» of prostheses are similar to those of their foreign analogues and meet the up-to-date international requirements for quality.
