The results of immediate and long-term results of treatment of patients with verified prostate cancer of the first and second stage are presented. The results of radical surgical treatment and radiotherapy on the device "CyberKnife"are analyzed and compared. The assessment of the nearest methods was carried out by: quantitative determination of the tumor marker - total PSA, the amount of residual urine after treatment, assessment of the quality of urination using the international scale IPSS and evaluation of erectile function on the ICEF.5 scale. The long-term results of treatment by calculation of oncospecific survival were compared. Five-year oncospecific survival, in the group after surgical treatment 92.5 %, after radiation treatment 96.3 %.
