Separate aspects of social security of judges

The author of the article analyzes the form and system of social security of judges in the territory of the Russian Federation. It justifies the allocation of a separate social group - judges, as owners of a certain privileged social status. The types of payments, as well as methods of their formation are considered. In addition, the article analyzes the algorithm for the formation of a pension, lifelong maintenance and takes into account a number of factors that affect their monetary equivalent.
