Certain aspects of interpreting the concept «right to migration» in modern geopolitical conditions

The author reveals the concept of «human rights» from legal, ethical and philosophical positions. The article touches upon the most debatable problems of interpreting the given concept from within the framework of discourse of migration and legislation. The author characterizes native (country of departure) and host (country of entry) parties under this right. The paper represents grounds for the necessity of more determined regulating the rights and duties of the parties implementing right to immigration.
