Separate problems of qualification of non-fulfillment of the obligations for the education of a minor

The article analyzes the problems of interpretation, qualification and delimitation from related offenses of non-fulfillment of obligations to educate a minor. The problems under study are due to the fact that the objective side of this act consists of many actions related to ill-treatment, but the legislator does not disclose this concept, which led to discussions in the scientific community. It is concluded that the solution of the identified problems is possible by improving the current criminal law.
