Some problems of the implementation of public administration functions in the Russian Federation

The author examines the problems of implementing the functions of public administration in the field of public procurement, road safety (taking into account foreign experience) and anti-corruption legislation. According to the author, it is necessary to establish the limits of the publication of local regulations by state corporations. Measures are proposed to improve: 1) the position of the court in administrative proceedings; 2) the contractual procurement system for state and municipal needs (amendments to equalize the conditions of financial assistance).
