Selected questions on the composition of crimes provided by articles 126 and 127 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

This article is devoted to certain issues related to the elements of crimes provided for in articles 126 and 127 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The Basic Law of the Russian Federation establishes that the duty of the state is to protect the life, rights, freedom and personal integrity of everyone, through the apparatus of law and order and criminal law, in particular, provides them. The article considers the signs that reveal the difference between articles 126 and 127 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The problem of brevity and non-specification of the disposition of Article 126 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is also derived. Based on the results of the study, options are proposed for supplementing Part 2 of Article 126 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation with paragraph "i", that is, "Kidnapping a person for the purpose of illegal transplantation of tissues and organs", and paragraph "k", that is, "Kidnapping a person for reasons of political, ideological, racial, national, religious hatred or enmity motivated by hatred or enmity against any social group”.
