Individual issues of legal regulation of property insurance in the Russian Federation

The article examines the features of the legislative framework on the subject of property insurance and its further improvement. The relation of the concepts of property insurance and property insurance is considered, the conclusion is made about the non-identity of these concepts and their relation as general and particular. The basic terms and essential conditions of the property insurance contract are studied. The conclusion is made about the need for further improvement of legislation in this area.
