Cancellation of the donation agreement

Currently, in addition to contracts for the purchase and sale of movable and immovable property, civil legislation provides for another form of transfer of ownership rights to such property through donation. The donation contract is traditionally one of the most significant and interesting objects of civil law research. The legal regulation of the alienation of property under a donation agreement deserves constant monitoring of law enforcement and legal implementation practices. There are certain features not only in the conclusion of such a contract, but also its cancellation, the grounds for which are clearly indicated in the norms of the current legislation.
