Property relations as a condition for financial support for the development of all factors of production

The authors consider ways to organize interaction between owners of production factors and other participants in economic activity within the framework of the Western model. It is established that in such a model, sustainable interaction is achieved on the basis of strict subordination of the latter to the interests of capital owners. They conclude that in Russia it is possible to organize interaction between the same parties on the basis of cooperation, and determine the financial conditions for the implementation of such a model.
