Reflection of the gender position man — woman in the works of Ch. Aitmatov

The article focuses on the problems of linguistic explication of the concept of "woman" in a literary text, which is actively used in all languages of the world and is an integral component in building a national picture of the world, as well as ways of its representation in the works of Ch.T. Aitmatov. Based on contextual analysis, the most important features of Aitmatov's version of this concept are revealed. The concept of "woman" is of great interest for research due to the variety of its figurative and axiological features. The relevance of the work is due to the fact that linguistic research is currently continuing in line with anthropocentrism, which has focused on the human being and his worldview. As a result of the conducted research, we came to the conclusion that the concept of "woman" plays a major role in shaping the Kyrgyz worldview and brings specific national and cultural characteristics to this picture.
