The paper concentrates on dialect lexical items with spatial semantics. A category of space in the dialects of the Krasnoyarsk Territory is considered as part of a universal binary semiotic opposition «home-forest». The paper contains the material about the local mental beliefs of the dialect speakers of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
