The responsibility of the accomplice and some circumstances excluding criminal liability

An indispensable condition for the correct criminal legal assessment of aiding and abetting actions is the law enforcement check of the very possibility of implementing criminal liability, which involves the establishment of circumstances that exclude such responsibility. The qualification of the actions of an accomplice in the commission of a crime has its own characteristics depending on the characteristics of the public danger of the committed actions and the state of criminal legislation. The article proposes rules for the criminal legal assessment of aiding and abetting actions in the presence of signs of insignificance of the act and in connection with the decriminalization of crimes.
