Responsibility of the parties under a contract of sale of residential premises

The contract of sale of residential real estate is a volitional action by citizens or legal entities aimed at achieving a specific goal (establishing, changing or terminating civil rights and obligations). Modern problems of legal regulation of the contract of sale of housing are at the junction of civil, family and housing law. The current state of legal support of these relations is characterized by the fact that the norms dedicated to them are different, often not agreed upon and do not provide proper regulation, which often leads to abuses in the housing market, to violation of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens involved in real estate transactions.
